أثر جودة حياة العمل على الإبداع الإداري

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مدى أثر جودة حياة العمل على الابداع الاداري من وجهة نظر أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-دراسة ميدانية بجامعة أدرار، وقد تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للدراسة، حيث تم تصميم إستبانة الدراسة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات اللازمة وتم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة بحيث تضمنت ثلاث محاور: الاول وشمل المعلومات الشخصية والوظيفية،أما المحور الثاني يتضمن أبعاد جودة حياة العمل(إلتزام الادارة العليا، الملموسية واللاملموسية، كفاية الراتب والعدالة، ثقافة التحسين المستمر)، وفي المحور الثالث والأخير يتضمن أبعاد الابداع الاداري(الأصالة، الحساسية بالمشكلات، المرونة، القدرة على التحليل، الخروج عن المألوف)، مجموع عدد فقراتها 41 فقرة. تم توزيع 60 إستبانة وتم إعتماد 30إستبانة وتم إستخدام الرزمة الاحصائيةspss من أجل تحليل الظاهرة من أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: أظهرت النتائج بأن جودة حياة العمل تأثر على الابداع الاداري لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة أدرار. مستوى جودة حياة العمل لدى أفراد العينة جاءت مرتفعة. مستوى الابداع الاداري لدى أفراد العينة جاء مرتفع. توصلت الدراسةإلى أن هناك علاقة طردية بين مستوى جودة حياة العمل ومستوى الإبداع الإداري بجامعة أدرار. تبين الدراسة بأنه لايوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تصورات المبحوثين واثر جودة حياة العمل على الابداع الاداري. استنتجت الدراسة وجود علاقة إيجابية بين أبعاد مستوى جودة حياة العمل(التزام الادارة العليا، الملموسية واللاملموسية، كفاية الراتب والعدالة، ثقافة التحسين المستمر) وأبعاد الابداع الاداري(الاصالة،الحساسية بالمشكلات، المرونة، القدرة على التحليل، الخروج عن المألوف).

The study aimed to identify the impact of the quality of work life on administrative creativity from the point of view of the professors of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences. A field study at the University of adrar.The descriptive analytical approach was used for the study, where the study questionnaire was designed as a means of collecting the necessary data and it was distributed to the study sample ,which included three axes: The first includes personal and job information, The second axis includes the dimensions of quality of work life( Senior management commitment, Tangibility and tangibility, Adequacy of salary and fairness, A culture of continuous improvement), In the third final axis, it includes the dimensions of administrative creativity:(Originality, Allergy problems, Flexibility ability, Analytical ability, Out of the ordinary, the total number of paragraphs of the questionnaire 41 paragraphs.60 questionnaires were distributed, 60 questionnaires were distributed, and the spss statistical package was used.On of the most important result obtained: The results showed that the quality of work life affected the administrative creativity of the professors of the faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences at the university of adrar.The level of quality of work life among the sample members was high. The level of administrative creativity among the sample members was high. The study concluded that there is a direct relationship between the level of quality of work life and the level of administrative creativity at adrar University. The study shows that there are no statistically significant differences between the respondents perceptions and the impact of quality of work life on administrative creativity. The study concluded that there is posive relationship between the dimensions of quality of work life and the dimension of administrative creativity.
