أثر الإنفاق الحكومي على التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من (1970-2019)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الإنفاق الحكومي على التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من (1970-2019). وهذا بالاعتماد على منهج الحدود للتكامل المشترك المستند على منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة (ARDL) الذي قدمهPesaran et all (2001). تشير النتائج التجريبية إلى أن كل من الإنفاق الحكومي والناتج الداخلي الخام لهم أثر إيجابي على التضخم وذلك في المدى الطويل، أما بالنسبة للمدى القصير فإن كل المتغيرات لها أثر ايجابي على التضخم، كما تم التوصل إلى وجود أثر سلبي غير معنوي لمؤشر التضخم في المدى الطويل والقصير وتدل نسبة معامل تصحيح الخطأ المقدرة بـ 110% على سرعة التكيف نحو التوازن في المدى الطويل.

This study aims to clarify the impact of government spending on inflation in Algeria during the period from (1970-2019). This is based on the boundary approach to co-integration based on the ARDL Methodology presented by Pesaran et all (2001( The empirical results indicate that both government spending and the gross domestic product have a positive effect on inflation in the long run. As for the short term، all variables have a positive effect on inflation، and an insignificant negative impact of the inflation index has been found in the long and short term. The error correction factor ratio of 110% indicates the speed of adaptation towards equilibrium in the long run.
