تطور الجهاز المصرفي ومعوقات البنوك الخاصة في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مراحل تطور النظام البنكي والعراقيل التي واجهتها البنوك الخاصية بالجزائر، حيث تم تسليط الضوء على مختلف الإصلاحات التي تبنتها السلطات الجزائرية لإصلاح المنظومة البنكية، ويعتبر النظام البنكي أحد الأعمدة والركائز المهمة في الانتقال إلى اقتصاد السوق ليساير الاقتصاديات المالية، ويبقى أداء البنوك الخاصة في الجزائر متواضع بسبب هيكل القطاع البنكي, وتم التوصل إلى أن الإصلاحات التي مر بها النظام البنكي لم تكن كافية لتحسين أداء البنوك الخاصة وتطوير خدماتها.

This study aims to know the stages of the development of the Bank of Bank and the Arabs، which the Netherlands had banned the banks، the most important reforms adopted by the Algerian authorities to reform the banking system. The bank regime is one of the columns and the elected elections in moving to the market economy to maintain economic economies. The performance of private banks in Algeria remains due to the structure of the bankruptcy. The reforms made by the bank of bank were not enough to improve the performance of private banks and develop their services.
