دور المعلم في تفعيل العملية التعليمية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن دور المعلم في تفعيل العملية التعليمية. كمحور أول قمت بوضع الجانب المنهجي لدراستي، وتطرقت الى عنصرين محوريين لدراستي هما المعلم و العملية التعليمية ، حيث وضعت مجموعة من المعلومات متعلقة بهما (التعاريف ....). وبعد الدراسة توصلت الى ان للمعلم عدة أدوار مختلفة في العملية التعليمية و منها ما هو تعليمي كنقل المعارف للتلميذ ... ومنها ما هو إداريا كإدارته لصف... ومنها ما هو اجتماعي كالمحافظة على ثقافة المجتمع... . ايضا للمعلم علاقات تفاعلية داخل و خارج الصف الدراسي منها علاقته بالتلميذ وذلك بحوار و ألتواصل، بالإضافة لعلاقته بزملائه في العمل، و ايضا علاقته بأولياء الامور .

As a first axis Iexamined the mthologicale aspect of my knowledge and touched on the two pivotal element of my study the teacher and the educational process where I put a set of information related to them (acquaintance…) After studying I concuded that the teacher including what is educational such as transferring knowledge to the student and what is administrative such as managing the classroom…including what is social such as preserving the culture of the community…Also the teacher has interactive relationships inside and outside the school including his relationship with the student through dialogue and communication and his relationship with his colleagues at work as well as his relationship with parent
