هذا الموضوع دراسة تأصيلية استقرائية تطبيقية لسلطة ولي الأمر في تقييد العبادات زمن النوازل. ومزية هذه الدراسة تظهر في محاولة التأصيل للموضوع، وبيان إلى أي مدى يمكن أن يُجعل لولي الأمر سلطة في تقييد العبادات وقت النوازل والضوابط التي تضبط ذلك، لينتهي البحث بالتنزيل والتمثيل للموضوع .
