تاثير ازمة كوفيد-19 على التوازن المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا الى ايضاح تاثيرات ازمة كوفيد-19 على التواون الماليفي المؤسسات الاقتصادية -شركة الخطوط الجوية الجزائرية كحالة دراسية- , لمحاولة الكشف عن اهم الاسباب التي تعرقل تحقيق التوازن المالي للمؤسسة ذالك لانه فيروس حديث الضهور و لقلة الاهتمام بهذا الجانب (حسب رايي الخاص) و ذالك من خلال تحليل و مقارنة الموازنات التقديرية للشركة لسنتي 2019 و 2020 , قبل الجائحة و حلال الجائحة معتمدين في ذالك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال التعرض لمختلف المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بالميزانية المالية . وقد خلصت الدراسة الى مجموع من النتائج اهمها التراجع الحاد في حجم الموارد المالية خلال فترة الجائحة مع تراجع طفيف في المستوى العام لنفقاتها و هو ما يخل بمبدا وجوب تحقيق التوازن المالي.

Our study aims to clarify the effects of the Covid-19 crisis on the financial balance of economic institutions - Air Algerie as a case study -, to try to reveal the most important reasons that impede achieving the financial balance of the institution because it is a newly emerging virus and the lack of interest in this aspect (according to my own opinion) and This is done by analyzing and comparing the company’s estimated budgets for the years 2019 and 2020, before the pandemic and the pandemic, relying on the descriptive analytical approach through exposure to various theoretical concepts related to the financial budget The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which is the sharp decline in the volume of financial resources during the pandemic period, with a slight decline in the general level of its expenditures, which violates the principle of the necessity of achieving financial balance.
