Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز دور و أهمية حاضنات الأعمال في دعم و تنمية المؤسسات الناشئة ، بحيث أصبحت هذه المؤسسات الناشئة تمثل خيارا استراتيجيا هاما في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية ومن هذا المنطق وفي ظل احتدام المنافسة بين المؤسسات المبدعة برزت أهمية حاضنات الأعمال التي تعمل على تطوير وتحديث مفهوم دعم ورعاية المؤسسات الناشئة ومن هذا السياق تعتبر حاضنات الأعمال من أكثر المنظومات فاعلية و نجاحا في تنفيذ برامج التنمية الاقتصادية وخلق فرص العمل. وقد راجت فكرة حاضنات الأعمال كثيرا بالنظر إلى دورها البارز في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة من خلال تقديم مختلف الخدمات ولقد تم استحداث مشتلة المؤسسات بولاية أدرار لمرافقة المؤسسات بالمنطقة
