تجارة المقايضة مع دول مالي و النيجر و تأثيرها على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على حجم التبادل التجاري بين مدينة أدرار ودولتي مالي والنيجر وتبيان أثرها على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الناشطة فيها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير مالي إيجابي لتجارة المقايضة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات بولاية أدرار ،وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشجيع وتنويع صادرات الولاية من خلال تعديل النصوص القانونية المؤطرة لنشاط تجارة المقايضة للمنافسة فـي الخـارج ،وكذالك تنويع الواردات.

This study aimed to identify the volume of trade exchange between the city of Adrar and the states of Mali and Niger and to demonstrate its impact on the financial performance of the institutions active in them. The study concluded that there is a positive financial impact of the barter trade on the financial performance of the institutions in the state of Adrar, and the study recommended the need to encourage and diversify the state’s exports through an amendment Legal texts framing the activity of barter trade to compete abroad, as well as import diversification.
