التعليم الريادي ودوره في تعزيز التوجه المقاولاتي لدى الطلبة خريجي الجامعات

Abstract

هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية الى معرفة تأثير التعليم الريادي على التوجه المقاولاتي للطلبة خريجي الجامعات، اخذين طلبة الاقسام النهائية لكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم لتسيير بجامعة ادرار. كعينة للدراسة، والتي تكوت من 46 طالب قسم نهائي في مستوى ليسانس والماستر والدكتوراه، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، واستخدام برنامج spss26 لتحليل النتائج والمعطيات المحصل عليها، مع الاستعانة بالمقابلة والملاحظة الشخصية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى وجود مستوى متوسط لكل من التعليم الريادي والتوجه المقاولاتي، وكذا وجود تأثير ايجابي واضح للتعليم الريادي على التوجه المقاولاتي لدى طلبة العينة المختارة.

This research paper aimed to know the impact of entrepreneurial education on the entrepreneurial orientation of university graduate students, taking students from the final departments of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences at the University of Adrar. As a sample for the study, which consisted of 46 final department students at the bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels, the questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting information, and using the spss26 program to analyze the results and data obtained, with the help of the interview and personal observation, and the study found an average level for both entrepreneurial education and orientation Entrepreneurship, as well as a clear positive impact of entrepreneurial education on the entrepreneurial orientation of the selected sample students.
