العمل التطوعي ودوره في تعزيز قيم رأس المال الاجتماعي لدى فئة المتطوعين

Abstract

Cette étude démontre le rôle du travail de bénévolat dans le renforcement des valeurs du capital social, en mettant en scène la réalité du travail de bénévolat u sein des associations caritatives et de démontrer l’importance du travail que réalisent ces associations; on cherche aussi à découvrir l’étendu de connaissance et de conscience sur la notion du capital social et de son importance chez les bénévoles. De ce fait, la problématique de cette étude se résume à: est-ce que le travail de bénévolat des associations a un rôle dans le renforcement du capital social chez la catégorie des bénévoles ? Afin d’atteindre les objectifs de cette étude, on a suivi l’approche descriptive, en ayant recours aux formulaires pour recueillir les données chez le public visé par l’étude, qui représente tous les bénévoles des associations visées par cette étude(l’association NAS EL KHIR ADRAR, l’association KAFEL EL YATIM, l’association HAMSAT AMAL LILKHIR de solidarité d’Adrar ).nous avons utilisé, dans cette étude, un certain nombre de méthodes statistiques pour prouver les hypothèses, y compris le programme spss pour aboutir aux résultats suivants: - Le travail de sensibilisation est important pour la solidarité sociale. - Le rôle majeur des médias pour promouvoir le volontariat. - L’importance du bénévolat contribue à accroitre la participation sociale. - Continuité et diversification des programmes et services bénévoles fournis par les associations caritatives. - La coordination des efforts volontaires conduit au renforcement des liens sociaux. - La coopération et la participation sociale contribuent au renforcement des relations sociales. - Le bénévolat contribue à accroitre la confiance des volontaires

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور العمل التطوعي في تعزيز قيم رأس المال الاجتماعي من خلال الكشف عن واقع العمل التطوعي في الجمعيات الخيرية، بالإضافة إلى إبراز الدور الكبير والفعلي الذي يقدمه العمل التطوعي، وكذا معرفة مدى وعي المتطوعين بمفهوم رأس المال الاجتماعي وأهميته،وقد تلخصت مشكلة الدراسة في الآتي: هل للعمل التطوعي دور في تعزيز قيم رأس المال الاجتماعي لدى فئة المتطوعين ؟ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والاعتماد على الاستمارة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات من مجتمع الدراسة الذي شمل جميع المتطوعين المنتسبين إلى الجمعيات الخيرية محل الدراسة (جمعية ناس الخير أدرار، جمعية كافل اليتيم، جمعية همسة أمل للخير التضامنية أدرار)، حيث بلغ عددهم (150)، وقد استعنا في دراستنا هذه بعدد من الوسائل الإحصائية المساعدة لإثبات صحة فرضيات الدراسة، والمتمثلة في برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةspss ، وتم بذلك التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - أن للتوعوية دور في دعم التعاون والتضامن الاجتماعي. - مساهمة وسائل الإعلام في نشر التوعية والتحسيس بأهمية العمل التطوعي. - يساهم الدور الخدماتي في زيادة المشاركة الاجتماعية. - استمرار البرامج والخدمات التطوعية التي تقدمها الجمعيات الخيرية وتنوعها. - أن تنسيق الجهود التطوعية يؤدي إلى تقوية العلاقات الاجتماعية . - أن التعاون والمشاركة الاجتماعية يساهمان في تقوية العلاقات الاجتماعية. - أن العمل التطوعي يساهم في زيادة الثقة لدى المتطوعين .

The current study aims to reveal the role voluntary work in promoting the values of social capital by revealing the reality of voluntary work in charities and highlighting the big and actual role that voluntary work offers as well as knowing the extent of volunteers awareness of the concept of social capital and its importance. The problem of the study is: does voluntary work play a role in promoting the values of social capital among the volunteer groups? To achieve the goals of this study we use the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as tools for collecting data from the study community that includes all the volunteers affiliated with the charities as a case of study:(NAS ELKHIR association, KAFIL EL YATIM association and HAMSSAT AMEL lilkhir association Adrar), as they are numbered 150 to prove the study hypotheses such as the statistical package for social sciences program, asps, and the following results have been reached: • The educational role has a big role in supporting cooperation and social solidarity. • The contribution of the media is spreading awareness and sensitizing the importance of volunteering. • The service role contributes to increasing social participation. • Voluntary programs and services provided by charities are continued and diverse. • The coordination of voluntary efforts strengthens social relations. • Cooperation and social participation contribute in strengthening social relations. • Voluntary work contributes to increasing the confidence of the volunteers,
