صراع الأدوار وعلاقته بالضغط النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة بمنطقة تينركوك

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة التي بين أيدينا موضوع "صراع الأدوار وعلاقته بالضغط النفسي لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة بمنطقة تينركوك"، والتي تهدف إلى معرفة ما إذا كانت الأدوار التي تقع على عاتق المرأة المتزوجة تسبب لها ضغط نفسي أو توجد عوامل أخرى. وقد إعتمد على المنهج الوصفي كونه المنهج المناسب الذي يخدم هذه الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (74) إمرأة عاملة متزوجة في كل من القطاعات الصحية، التعليمية، الإدارية، الحرف والمهن اليدوية) وقد تم الإستعانة بأساليب إحصائية مناسبة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة بين صراع الأدوار والضغط النفسي التي تتعرض له المرأة العاملة المتزوجة بمنطقة تينركوك.

The study in our hands deals with the topic of "conflict of roles and its relationship to psychological pressure among married working women in Tenerkuk region", which aims to find out whether the roles that fall on to a married woman cause her psychological pressure or there are other factors. It was based on the descriptive approach as it is the appropriate approach that serves this study, and the study sample consisted of (74) married working women in each of the health, educational, administrative, crafts and handicrafts sectors) and appropriate statistical methods were used. The results of the study found that there is no relationship between the conflict of roles and the psychological pressure that married working women are exposed to in Tinerkuk
