أثر الإدارة بالمشاركة على الالتزام التنظيمي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الإدارة بالمشاركة على الإلتزام التنظيمي وكان مجتمع الدراسة يتمثل في موظفي مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بأدرار ، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمنا الإستبيان لجمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم 70موظف وقد أختيرت بطريقة عشوائية ، واعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإستعانة ببرنامج التحليل الإحصائي ( SPSS) للوصول إلى النتائج. وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة وجود أثر معنوي موجب ذو دلالة احصائية للإدارة بالمشاركة على الإلتزام التنظيمي، وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تهيئة مناخ تنظيمي داعم للإدارة التشاركية وتعزيز الإلتزام التنظيمي مما ينعكس إيجابا على أداء المديرية.

The study aimed to know the impact of the participatory management on the organizational commitment, and the study community was represented by the employees of the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Adrar, and to achieve this we used the questionnaire to collect data from the members of the study sample, which numbered 70 employees, and it was chosen randomly, and we adopted the descriptive analytical approach with the help of the statistical analysis program ( SPSS) to access results. The most important finding of the study is the presence of a positive, statistically significant, impact of participatory management on organizational commitment, and the study recommended work to create an organizational climate supportive of participatory management and to strengthen organizational commitment, which will positively affect the performance of the directorate.
