الجمعيات ودورها في تكريس الديمقراطية التشاركية المحلية في الجزائر

Abstract

لتعزيز الديمقراطية التشاركية المحلية بضمان مساهمة المواطن في عملية اتخاذ القرارات التي تتعلق بشؤونه العامة، ومن اهم اليات تكريس هذه المشاركة هو تفعيل الجمعيات في تتبنى طرح انشغالات المواطن والمساهمة في سن القوانين المؤطر لحياته .من اجل المشاركة في صنع القرار المحلي وتنمية المجتمع.اذ تعتبر جمعية حماية المستهلك من بين الجمعيات التي تسعى لذلك من خلال اهدافها ومبادئها الى حماية المستهلك والمشاركة في صنع القرار المحلي للوصول الى تنمية حقيقية في المجتمع المحلي عن طريق تعزيز مبدا الديمقراطية التشاركية المحلية.

To enhance local participatory democracy by ensuring the citizen’s participation in the decision-making process related to his public affairs, and one of the most important mechanisms to consecrate this participation is to activate associations in adopting the citizen’s concerns and contributing to the enactment of laws framing his life in order to participate in local decision-making and community development. Consumer protection is among the associations that seek to do so, through their goals and principles, to consumer protection and participation in local decision-making to reach real development in the local community by promoting the principle of local participatory democracy.
