تسيير الخزينة و أثره على أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تسيير الخزينة وأثره على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ومنهج دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي وعلى هذا | الأساس تم اختيار عينة الدراسة والمتمثلة في مؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه وحدة أدرار واستنادا الى قوائمها المالية للفترة الممتدة من (2012_2014) قصد تشخيص وضعيتها المالية والوقوف على نقاط القوة والضعف بالاعتماد على أدوات التحليل المالي من مؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب المالية. خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها أن مؤسسة الجزائرية للمياه متوازنة ماليا بالإضافة إلى تحقيقها لخزينة موجبة على مستوى عمليات الاستغلال تنعكس بالإيجاب على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة محل الدراسة

This study aims to know the management of the treasury and its impact on the financial performance of the economic institution, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach in the theoretical side and the case study methodology in the practical side were relied on and on this basis the study sample was chosen, represented by the Algerian Water Corporation, the Adrar Unit, and based on its financial statements for the period. Extending from (2012-2014) in order to diagnose its financial situation and identify the strengths and weaknesses by relying on financial analysis tools such as financial balance indicators and financial ratios. The study concluded with several results, the most prominent of which is that the Algerian Water Corporation is financially balanced, in addition to achieving a positive treasury at the level of exploitation operations, which reflects positively on the financial performance of the institution under study.
