دور البرمجة الخطية في تفعيل الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسة الصناعية

Abstract

من أهم الصعوبات التي تواجه المؤسسات الصناعية هي سوء توزيع أو تخصيص الموارد المتاحة لديها على الاستخدامات ولا يمكن تجاوز هذه الصعوبات بالاعتماد على الحدس أو التخمين, بل إن ذلك يتطلب استخدام أسلوب من الأساليب الكمية, وأفضل الأساليب التي عالجت هذا الموضوع هو أسلوب البرمجة الخطية, وهذا نظرا للأهمية التي يكتسيها هذا الأسلوب إذ يساهم في تقليل التكاليف وتعظيم الأرباح. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور البرمجة الخطية في تفعيل الرقابة الداخلية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة حاولنا تقديم مادة علمية تفيد مؤسستنا, حيث قمنا ببناء نموذج وحله باستخدام البرمجة الخطية ( طريقة السمبلكس ) وتطبيقه على مؤسسة جنوب توات للتبريد والصناعة المعدنية (TST) في مجال صناعة مبردات المياه.

One of the most important difficulties that faces the Industrial enterprises is the misappropriation of the resources. These difficulties cannot be overcome by relying on intuition or guesswork, they requires the use of one of the quantitative methods and the best method that deals with this topic is the linear programming method. Due to the importance of this method which contributes to reducing costs and maximizing profits .This study aims to highlight the role of linear programming in activating internal control. To achieve the objectives of the study, we rely on a scientific material for applying a case study about the linear programming(simplex method) and we applied it to SOUTH TOUAT CORPORATION FOR REFRIGERATION AND METALLURGICAL INDUSTRY.
