Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة والتي تتناول موضوع انعكاسات الظروف الاجتماعية على أداء المراة العاملة في قطاع الصحة كأحد المواضيع الهامة التي ااقت اهتماماً واسعاً بين المفكرين والباحثين في تخصصات مختلفة من بينها تخصص علم الاجتماع ويتجلى الهدف من الدراسة إلى التعرف كيف تحقق هذه المرأة التوازن بين العمل والبيت حيث يعتبر هذا تحدي اكبر لأنها تسعى جاهدة لتحمل وتنفيذ المسؤوليات الملقات على عاتقها في البيت وانعكاسات ذلك على أدائها.

This study, which deals with the implications of social conditions on the performance of women working in the health sector, sought as one of the important topics that generated wide interest among thinkers and researchers in various disciplines, including the specialization of sociology, and the aim of the study is to identify how this woman achieves the balance between work and the home. This is a bigger challenge as it strives to assume and implement the responsibilities entrusted to it at home and its implications for its performance.
