لباس المرأة وشروطه عند الإمام محمد الأمين الشنقيطي في تفسيره أضواء البيان

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على لباس المرأة وشروطه عند الامام محمد الامين الشنقيطي في تفسيره أضواء البيان وثم استخلاص ما يلي: ان حياة الشيخ محمد الامين الشنقيطي كانت بالعلم في جميع مجالات الحياة، أن الشيخ مكتبة متنقلة شهد له القاصي والدان، المرأة تتعامل في اطارها وفق حدود الشرع بلباسها الشرعي، يباح للمرأة الزينة الظاهر أمام المحارم، احرام المرأة يكون في وجهها وكفيها عند جمهور الفقهاء، ان مواد التجميل إما أن تكون نجسة أو طاهرة فما كان طاهرا فجاز شروطه والنجس لا يجوز.

The present study aimed to identify the dress of women and their conditions according to Imam Muhammad al-Amin al-Shanqeeti in his interpretation of the lights of the statement, and then to conclude the following: that the life of Sheikh Muhammad al-Amin al-Shanqeeti was with knowledge in all areas of life, that the sheikh was a mobile library witnessed by the one and two parents, the woman deals in its framework according to The limits of Sharia are by her legal dress. It is permissible for a woman to adorn herself in front of the mahrams. The woman’s sanctity is in her face and hands according to the majority of jurists. The cosmetic items are either unclean or pure.
