المسؤولية الإجتماعية كآلية لتحقيق متطلبات الحوكمة في المؤسسات الإقتصادية

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية كآلية لتحقيق متطلبات الحوكمة بالشركة الجزائرية لإنتاج الكهرباء وحدة أدرار، وقد تحددت المسؤولية الاجتماعية بأهم أبعادها والمتمثلة في ( البيئة، المجتمع، العمال )، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمَّ اعتماد استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد العيِّنَة، وبلغ تعدادها (105) مُفردة، حيث تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الاستِبَانة بمختلف الاختبارات كالمتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، الالتِوَاء والتَفَلْطُح، معامل الارتباط، الانحدار الخطِّي البسيط وغيرها من الاختبارات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: 1. تَتبنَّى الشركة الجزائرية لإنتاج الكهرباء وحدة أدرار المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال وجهة نظر العاملين بها. 2. تُطبِّق الشركة الجزائرية لإنتاج الكهرباء وحدة أدرار حوكمة الشركات من خلال وجهة نظر العاملين بها. 3. يُوجَد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية كآلية لتحقيق متطلبات الحوكمة بالشركة الجزائرية لإنتاج الكهرباء وحدة أدرار.

This study sought to define the role of social responsibility as a mechanism to achieve the requirements of governance in the Algerian Company for Electricity Production; Adrar Unit. Social responsibility was marked through its most important dimensions, represented in (environment, society, workers). In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was adopted to collect data from individuals who reached about (105) worker. Social Science Statistical Packets Program (SPSS) was used to analyze resolution data for various tests such as arithmetic average, standard deviation, skewness and kurtosis, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression and other tests. The study reached a number of results, mainly: 1. The ACEP; Adrar Unit takes full Social Responsibility according to its employees’ points of view. 2. The ACEP; Adrar Unit applies Corporate Governance according to its employees’ points of view. 3. There is a statistically significant effect of Social Responsibility as a mechanism to achieve the Governance requirements in the ACEP; Adrar Unit.
