Abstract: | تسعى البنوك التجارية العمومية الجزائرية إلى إتباع منهج علمي في تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية يسمح لها باتخاذ قرار التمويل منعدمه.وللوصول لقرار استثماري سليم تعتمد البنوك على دراسة الجدوى كمعيار لتقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية بما يتوافقمع ما يتم دراسته أكاديميا في مجال دراسات الجدوى، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الواقع العملي لدراسة الجدوى في البنوك متوافق مع الواقع العلمي لها، لكنها تركز في ذلك على دراسة الجدوى المالية للمشاريع الاستثمارية معتمدة في ذالك على معايير حالة التأكد. Algerian public commercial banks seek to follow a scientific approach in evaluating investment projects that allows them to decide whether to finance or not. And In order to reach a sound investment decision, banks rely on the study of feasibility as a criterion for the evaluation of investment projects in line with what is studied academically in the field of feasibility studies. in which the study reached That the practical reality of the feasibility study in banks is compatible with the scientific reality of them, but it focuses on the study of the financial feasibility of investment projects, depending on the criteria of the case of certainty. |
