دور الإستثمار السياحي الخاص في تحقيق التنمية المحلية السياحية

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز فعالية الإستثمار السياحي في تحقيق التنمية المحلية، في ظل الاهتمام المتزايد بالسياحة عالمياً ومحلياً، وانطلاق من هذه الأهمية وقصد تحقيق التنميةالسياحية المستدامة محليا كان لزاماً تشجيع الإستثمار السياحي الخاصوالذي يتطلب توفير رؤوس الأموال المحلية والأجنبية للإستثمار في مجال السياحة. تضمن الجانب التطبيقي دراسة تحليلية لواقع الإستثمار السياحي بولاية أدرار، من خلال عرض وتحليل المعطيات المتعلقة بمشاريع الإستثمار السياحي الخاص من حيث إحصاء المشاريع المنجزة والتي هي قيد الإنجاز، ومدى مساهمتها في تشغيل اليد العاملة المحلية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ولاية أدرار شهدت تطوراً ملحوظا في قطاع السياحة عموماً، ومشاريع الإستثمار السياحي خصوصاً، إلا أن هذه النتائج لا تزال دون المستوى المطلوب.

This study seeks to highlight the importance of investment in realizing the local growth under the increasing interest in tourism, internationally and domestically. Starting from this interest, and in an attempt to realize a consistent tourism development locally, it was necessary to encourage private tourism investment that needs providing local and international capital in order to invest in tourism. The practical side involves an analytical study of the reality of tourism investment in Adrar province, through demonstrating and analyzing the given data related to private tourism investment projects regarding the statistics of the realized projects and the projects that are still under process of realizing and how far they contribute in employing local labor. The research has found that Adrar province has witnessed a remarkable development in the tourism sector in general and in tourism projects in specific. Still these findings are yet beneath the required level.
