أثر البطالة على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر البطالة على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2003-2017 وذلك بإستخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية في تقدير النموذج القياسي. من خلال النتائج المتوصل اليها عن طريق هذه الدراسة يتضح ان النموذج المقدر قد اجتاز الاختبارات الاحصائية والقياسية كما انه يتوافق والنظرية الاقتصادية (قانون اوكن)، حيث ظهرت معلمة البطالة بإشارة سالبة مؤكدةالعلاقة العكسية بين معدلات البطالة والنمو الاقتصادي.

This study aims to measure the impact of unemployment on economic growth in Algeria during the period 2003-2017 by using the Ordinary Least Squares method to estimate the empirical model.The obtained results indicate that the estimated model has passed the statistical and the empirical tests and it is consistent with economic theory (Okun Law). Where the unemployment coefficient in the estimated model showed a negative sign confirming the inverse relationship between unemployment rates and economic growth.
