تقلبات أسعار الصرف وأثرها على مؤشر الأسعار

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إيضاح آثار تقلبات أسعار الصرف على مؤشر الأسعار في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 2014 إلى 2018 وتحديد اتجاه تلك الآثار وطبيعة تأثيرها على الاقتصاد الجزائري. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا نماذج VAR لقياس مدى استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية ودراسة العلاقة السببية بين متغيرات الدراسة ممثلة في مؤشر أسعار المستهلك، سعر الصرف الرسمي والمتأخر لفترة واحدة. وقد توصلنا في هذا البحث إلى أن مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك المحلية لا يتأثر بصورة كبيرة بتغيرات سعر الصرف الرسمي، حيث أن دور الدولة من خلال انتهاجها سياسة دعم أسعار بعض المواد الاستهلاكية ساهمت في الحد من انتقال أثر سعر الصرف إلى الأسعار المحلية.

The study aimed to clarify the effects of exchange rate fluctuations on the price index in Algeria during the period from 2014 to 2018, and it determines the direction of these effects and the nature of their impact on the Algerian economy. To achieve this goal, we used models VAR to measure the stability of time series and to study the causal relationship between the variables of the study represented in the consumer price index, the official exchange rate, and one-time delay. We arrived in this search to be a pointer the consumer price index is not significantly affected by changes in the official exchange rate. Whereas the role of the state through the policy of subsidizing prices some consumer goods which have contributed to reducing the transmission of the impact of the exchange rate to domestic prices.
