المعوقات الوظيفية والاجتماعية للمرأة العاملة بالمجال الصحي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على المعوقات الوظيفية التي تواجه المرأة العاملة في المجال الصحي وقد تم إجراء هاته الدراسة في مستشفى ابن سينا بأدرار، جاءت إشكالية البحث كالتالي: ماهي المعوقات الوظيفية للمرأة العاملة في مجال الصحي؟ وللإجابة على هذا السؤال قسمنا موضوعنا الى أربعة فصول تطرقنا في الفصل الأول الى الاطار المنهجي للدراسة ثم الفصل الثاني عن المعوقات الوظيفية،يليه الفصل الثالث عن العمل والجانب الميداني وتم في هذا الفصل الكشف عن المعوقات الوظيفيية التي تواجه المرأة العاملة، واستخدمنا في ذلك المقابلة والاستبيان، فعنة الدراسة كانت90 عاملة وأجابت منهم 80 ومن خلال تحليلنا توصلنا لمجموعة من النتائج المتعلقة بالمعوقات الوظيفية للمرأة العاملة في المجال الصحي.

Résumé: Le but de cette étude est d'identifier les obstacles fonctionnels rencontrés par les femmes actives dans le secteur de la santé, à l'hôpital Ibn Sina d'Adrar, dans le but de: Quels sont les obstacles fonctionnels pour les femmes actives dans le secteur de la santé? La deuxième partie est consacrée aux obstacles fonctionnels, suivie du troisième chapitre consacré au travail et aux activités sur le terrain, où sont exposés les obstacles fonctionnels auxquels la travailleuse est confrontée. Les résultats de l’étude étaient de 90 travailleurs et 80 d’entre eux ont donné une réponse.Notre analyse nous a permis d’obtenir un ensemble de résultats relatifs aux obstacles fonctionnels rencontrés par les travailleuses dans le secteur de la santé.

Summary: The purpose of this study is to identify the functional obstacles faced by working women in the health field. This study was conducted at Ibn Sina Hospital in Adrar. The problem of this research is as follows: What are the functional obstacles for working women in the field of health? The second section deals with the functional obstacles, followed by the third chapter on the work and the field side. In this chapter, the functional obstacles facing the working woman were revealed. In this interview we used the questionnaire, The results of the study were 90 workers and 80 of them answered. Through our analysis, we obtained a set of results related to the functional obstacles of working women in the health field.
