أثر آليات أجهزة الدعم للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على سوق العمل في الجنوب الجزائري

Abstract

تهدف الأطروحة لدراسة أثر آليات أجهزة الدعم للمؤسسات الصغِيرة والمتوسطة على سوق العمل بالجنوب الجزائري، حيث تم تخصيص منطقة الجنوب الجزائري، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي ذات الابطاء الموزع ARDL . بينت الدراسة في جانبها النظري مفهوم المؤسسات الصغِيرة والمتوسطة، أهميتها، مصادر تمويلها، والهيئات المكلفة بالتمويل، ورغم ما توفره الدولة الجزائرية من تمويل، إلا هناك العديد من المشاكل التي تعاني منها هذه المؤسسات ، كضعف القدرة على الإدارة المالية ، ونقص الخبر في اختيار التمويل المناسب، والملائم لاحتياجات المؤسسة. وضحت الدراسة وجود التكامل المشترك بين متغيرات الدراسة، والمتمثلة في التمويل الثلاثي ، التمويل الثنائي، التمويل لشراء المواد الولية، وأثرها الإيجابي ، والعلاقة الطردية والمعنوية على سوق العمل

Thesis aims to study the impact of support mechanisms for small and medium enterprises on the labor market in southern Algeria, where the southwestern Algerian region was allocated, using an autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model. In its theoretical aspect, the study showed the concept of small and medium enterprises, their importance, sources of funding, and the bodies in charge of financing. Despite the funding provided by the Algerian state, there are many problems that these institutions suffer from, such as weak financial management capacity, and lack of experience in choosing appropriate financing, appropriate to the needs of the organization. The study showed the existence of co-integration between the variables of the study, represented by tripartite financing, bilateral financing, and financing for the purchase of raw matériaux, and their positive impact, and the direct and significant relationship on the labor market.
