دور الكفاءة التقنية في تحسين أداء المسير

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة قياس الكفاءة التقنية في جامعة أدرار وذالك بتعظيم مخرجاتها بأقل التكاليف الممكنة ومساهمتها في تحسين أداء موظفيها ومسيريها من اجل ضمان إستمراريتها وبقائها. وعليه نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى قياس الكفاءة التقنية لثمانية وعشرين (28)إداري بجامعة إدرار خلال الفترة (2022-2023)بالاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان و أسلوب التحليل الإحصائي SPSSv23)) ، بحيث وجد ان معظم الإداريين المتحصلين على شهادة جامعية الذين يتميزون بكفاءة تقنية جيدة. ومن أهم ما توصلنا إليه هو ان الكفاءة التقنية بالجامعة تعمل على قياس وتقييم الأداء من اجل مساعدة المسيرين للوصول إلى الأهداف المرجوة ,إعطاء أهمية كبرى للكفاءات من خلال تنميتها وتسييرها بشكل فعال وهادف. مع معرفة مدى التقدم في سياسة تفعيل مواردها البشرية والتقنية لتعطي الجامعة القدرة على الرقي والتقدم نحو الأحسن من خلال التسيير والتخطيط الجيد لمستقبليها.

This study deals with measuring the technical efficiency at Adrar University by maximizing its outputs at the lowest possible costs and its contribution to improving the performance of its employees and managers in order to ensure its continuity and survival. Accordingly, we aim through this study to measure the technical competence of (28) administrators at the University of Adrar during the period (2022-2023) by relying on the questionnaire tool and the statistical analysis method (SPSSv23), so that it was found that most of the administrators who obtained a university degree, have good technical competence. One of the most important findings we have reached is that the university's technical competence measures and evaluates performance in order to help managers reach the desired goals, giving great importance to competencies through their effective and purposeful development and management. Knowing the extent of progress in the policy of activating its human and technical resources to give the university the ability to advance and progress for the better through management and good planning for its future.
