دور الإدارة بالأهداف في الحد من مخاطر المناولة الصناعية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأثر المترتب عن تطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف كأسلوب إداري حديث في الحد من مخاطر المناولة في المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية، باعتبار القطاع الصناعي من أهم القطاعات الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بعد استعراضها الإطار النظري المتعلق بالإدارة بالأهداف وكذا المناولة الصناعية، بتوجيه استبانة لعينة مكونة من 128 شخصا من القائمين على مؤسسات تنتمي للقطاع الصناعي لمعرفة آراءهم حول جوانب الدراسة، وذلك بالاعتماد على برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (Spss) وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط طردي ومتوسط بين تطبيق الادارة بالأهداف وبين الحد من مخاطر المناولة في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، كما توصلت إلى أن الإدارة بالأهداف تساهم بنسبة 65.7% في الحد من مخاطر المناولة الصناعية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة زيادة اهتمام المؤسسات بأساليب الإدارة الحديثة كأسلوب الإدارة بالأهداف كما توصي بضرورة رفع تحجيم درجة الوعي في الجزائر بأهمية تطبيق المناولة والتشابك الصناعي لدوره الفعال في تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصناعية.

The study aims to identify the impact of the application of management by objectives as a modern management method in reducing the risks of Outsourcing in the Algerian industrial enterprises, given that the industrial sector is one of the most important economic sectors. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher, after reviewing the theoretical framework related to management by objectives as well as industrial Outsourcing, directed a questionnaire to a sample of 128 people in charge of institutions belonging to the industrial sector to know their views on the aspects of the study. The study concluded that there is a direct and medium correlation between the application of management by objectives and the reduction of Outsourcing risks in the institutions under study. It also found that management by objectives contributes by 65.7% to reducing the risks of industrial Outsourcing. The study recommends the need to increase the interest of institutions in modern management methods such as management by objectives, and also recommends the need to raise the degree of awareness in Algeria of the importance of applying industrial Outsourcing and interlocking for its effective role in enhancing the competitiveness of industrial institutions.
