Abstract: The study comes as atry to know about what was for the sociocultural sircumstances to do and about the time management.And the focus was on the workers in side the Academy of education her in Adrar. Although to worker in doing his job in side the in stitution so he is not living out side his social inviroument for that there was alot a miler of many social and cultural characteristics sircumstances this was the main thing which we have to focus on more and mor thoughout this questionairer: Have the sociocultural sircumstances of the worker an influance on the time managment?.The latter is divided into two quationairer: 1-Have the social worker an influance on the time management? 2-Have the cultural worker an influance on the time? management - the key words: social sircumstances- cultural sircumstances- Time managment- the emploger -methodology of the study: the resencher depends on the descriptive path dwing this study which is concemed as a suit way to describe the social phenomera and it helps ou gwing a detail information about the object wich atatch with the study of the sociocultural sicumstances influance on the time managment.
