The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship
between Organizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship
behavior among workers in the Algerian Institution. By
Knowing the level of presence both variables, and the impact of
Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship behavior in
the Algerian institution .
The Study relied on the a descriptive approach and it used
the Questionnaire to collect data from the field of study
represented in the Renewable Energy Research Unit in Saharan
Medium, by using a comprehensive Survey of workers totaling
74 workers.
The most important results found by this study:
1. The low level of Distributive Justice in the Algerian
institution does not lead to the low level of organizational
citizenship behavior practiced by its workers.
2. The low level of Procedural Justice in the Algerian
institution does not lead to the low level of Organizational
Citizenship behavior practiced by its workers.
3. The low level of Interactional Justice in the Algerian
institution does not lead to the low level of Organizational
Citizenship behavior practiced by its workers.

4. There is no relationship between Organizational Justice and
Organizational Citizenship behavior among workers in the
Algerian institution.
Some recommendations were presented through
these results:
a. Giving more attention to material and moral stimulating to
the workers. Taking into account their needs in this process,
and to involve them in the development of the system of
rewards in order to increase their trust in Organization, and
make them feel the fairness of the distribution.
b. Follow clear procedures for evaluating performance and
should inform the workers by them, in addition to unification
of procedures for evaluating the performance of all workers
who belong to the same functional category.
c. More closer to the workers to know their concerns and their
needs and give them a chance to express their views
d. Attach the decisions taken with sufficient justifications;
thereby increasing the worker's confidence in the
management of the organization. |
