Abstract

Now days, the world is witnessing increasing waves of human migration, which are often forced by environmental factors due to the deterioration of their environment and the increase in natural and human disasters, forcing them to leave their homes, here, a new concept has emerged: "Environmental migration", which has become a global challenge today because of the grave consequences that this phenomenon has on the international community, since there is no international system of preventive and protectionist law that concerns them; therefore, the international community must provide answers and solutions to this growing problem, especially since the universality of the problem has highlighted the absence of the role of the international community in this area.

Aujourd'hui, le monde témoigne de vagues croissantes de migration humaine, qui sont souvent forcées par des facteurs environnementaux en raison de la détérioration de leur environnement et de l'augmentation des catastrophes naturelles et humaines, les obligeant à quitter leur foyer, un nouveau concept a émergé: «Migration de l'environnement», qui est devenue un défi mondial aujourd'hui en raison des graves conséquences que ce phénomène a sur la communauté internationale, puisqu'il n'existe pas de système international de droit préventif et protectionniste qui les concerne, la communauté internationale doit donc fournir des réponses et des solutions à ce problème croissant, d'autant plus que l'universalité du problème a mis en évidence l'absence du rôle de la communauté internationale dans ce domaine.
