التكامل الاقتصادي لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بين الواقع والمأمول

Abstract

يعتبر التكامل الاقتصادي عاملاً مساهماً في التنمية الاقتصادية والإطلاع على الوحدة الاقتصادية في الوقت الراهن ، حيث عملت معظم دول العالم على إنشاء تكتلات اقتصادية للاستفادة من إمكانية هذا التكامل فيما بينها ، مع ذلك كـانت هناك محاولات بين دول عربية عديدة في هذا الإطار ، خاصة فيما بين دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ( الإمارات، البحرين، السعودية، قطر، الكويت )، وهي الدول التي دخلت في مــرحلة متقدمــة من التكامل والتوحــد فـــي مثــــل الانتقـــــال مـــــن منطقــة التجارة الحرة إلى إقامة الإتحاد الجمركي، وتأسيس السوق الخليجية المشتركة، وبالرغم من هذه النجاحات التي حققتها مسيرة التكامل لدول المجلس، لاحظنا أن هناك تحديات تنوع من مصادر الدخل والمنافسة في مجال التكتلات، كما تتواصل الجهود لتحقيق آفاق التكامل الاقتصادي لدول مجلس التعاون، وذلك في إطار خطوات أولية من شأنها أن تقوم على تحقيق التكامل النقدي بين مجموعة من الدول على إنشاء عملة واحدة مشتركة فيما بينها.

Economic integration is considered a factor contributing to economic development and access to economic unity at the present time, as most countries of the world have worked to establish economic blocs to take advantage of the possibility of this integration between them. Nevertheless, there have been attempts among many Arab countries in this regard, especially between The countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait), which are countries that have entered an advanced stage of integration and unification in such as the transition from the free trade zone to the establishment of the customs union, and the establishment of the common Gulf market, despite these successes achieved by the march Integration of the GCC countries, we noted that there are challenges of diversification from sources of income and competition in the field of blocs, and efforts are continuing to achieve prospects for economic integration of the countries of the Cooperation Council, within the framework of initial steps that will be based on achieving monetary integration between a group of countries on the establishment of a single common currency among them.
