Abstract

لعل من دواعي بروز الأزمة المالية العالمية ما يمكن رده أساساً إلى الممارسات التي سادت في أسواق المال وانعدام الرقابة عليها في ظل ما يدعو له النظام الرأسمالي من الحرية المطلقة للسوق وعدم تدخل الدولة لتنظيمه، لفرضية مؤداها قدرته الذاتية على إعادة التوازن بنفسه، مما جعل من هذه الأزمة ظاهرة مثيرة للقلق لما لها من تداعيات خطيرة تُبرز قصور النموذج الرأسمالي و تهدد استقرار الاقتصاد العالمي برمته. ولأن سلسلة الأزمات التي شهدها العالم هي بالدرجة الأولى أزمة نظام قائم بذاته، فقد تعالت الأصوات والصيحات إلى ضرورة تبني منهج الاقتصاد الإسلامي بديلاً وحلاً لهذه الممارسات الغير أخلاقية من خلال تطبيق أدوات مالية إسلامية تجمع بين المصداقية الشرعية والكفاءة الاقتصادية.
