دراسة قياسية لدور تمويل الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب على قطاع التشغيل بولاية أدرار

Abstract

في ظل عجز النظام المصرفي الجزائري، ومحاولة من الحكومة من امتصاص قدر كبير من البطالة التي يعاني منها فئة كبيرة من المواطنين، قامت الحكومة الجزائرية بخلق عدة هيئات تهتم بتمويل مشاريع الشباب، ولعل من اهمها الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب الموجهة خصيصا لتمويل المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة من اجل خلق مناصب شغل جديدة قصد المساهمة في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي. تتوزع فروع هذه الوكالة على المستوى الوطني، وباعتبار بحثنا هذا يلقي بالضوء على ولاية ادرار، ارتأينا ان نعالج مساهمة هذه الوكالة في خلق مناصب شغل جديدة بهذه الولاية من خلال اعتماد دراسة قياسية من سنة 2004 الى 2012 .

In light of the inability of the banking system Algerian, and an attempt by the government to absorb a great deal of unemployment suffered by a large class of citizens, the Algerian government to create several bodies concerned with funding youth projects, and perhaps the most important of the National Agency for support youth employment geared specifically to finance small and medium enterprises from in order to create new jobs in order to contribute to the gross domestic product. Distributed branches of the agency at the national level, and as our research sheds light on the state of Adrar, we decided that we address this agency's contribution to the creation of new jobs in this state through the adoption of Empirical Study from 2004 to 2011.
