مسؤولية الأسرة والمدرسة

Abstract

الأسرة المصدر الأول والرئيسي للتنشئة الاجتماعية فهي دائما منبع العطف والحنان، والأمن والاستقرار، ورغم التحديات والرهانات حول مستقبل الأسرة وتحول واختلاف وظائفها، إلا أنها النسق الاجتماعي الذي يحقق المكاسب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمجتمع، وبالتالي المشاكل الني تعتري الأسرة والأولاد يمكن حلها واحتواؤها إذا كانت الأسرة قائمة وفق أصول ومبادئ ديننا الحنيف، والقانون الجزائري شأنه شأن التشريعات الدولية كفل الحماية الجنائية للطفل بتنظيم أحكام ونصوص تؤكد دور الأسرة ومسؤوليتها في هاته الحماية، فمن واجب الأسر رعاية الطفل وتهذيبه وتربيته وتأديبه وعدن استعمال العنف ضده، فلا يمكن إهمال دور الأولياء فيما يلحق الطفل من ضرر أو فيما يتعرض إليه من خطر.

Family is the first and main source of social upbringing, because it is the source of compassion, safety and stability. In spite of the challenges facing the future of the family and the diversity of its functions, it could be the social arrangement which achieve the economic and social gains of society. Therefore, the problems that face the family and kids might be controlled and treated if the family is based on the Islamic teachings. The Algerian legislation as any other international legislation adopted the penal protection for kids by setting rules and texts to make sure of the family's responsibility for this protection.
