The topic of legal protection for consumers is considered one of the most renewable and evolving topics because it is of particular importance for the protection of consumer health. In accordance with the Health Act 18-11, Algeria sought to control its concept, restrict its production and sell it with regulations aimed at protecting its consumers. This will only be achieved through the imposition of obligations on both producers and sellers, and ensuring that the victim of these products is compensated in accordance with new rules set out in article 140 bis of the Civil Code.
