The touristic activity is today being different of the one of the past, it is not
becoming only as a simple human and social phenomenon, but it has undergo many
changements which have contributed in the diversity of it’s aspects and also it’s compositionsand it’s directions, the authorities charged to organize it, in a manner to allow to study this
important activity slowly, in order to adapt one self to the permanent changes in its
organization; it’s policies and also it’s economical ad socials and environmental a
comprehension mean and contact between peoples, and also to know the stapes of the
civilisational development, and transfer of knowledge and technology.Algeria like the
countries of the Mediterranean sea, has a huge and diversified natural ressources,which allows
it to compete the other countries of the Mediterranean sea, the most important of them are
those that has Algiers and Tipaza departments, that allows to constitute a basic of
development of a sustainable touristic industry and pioneer which may allows it to substitute
the unsustainable energies resources, therefore the objective of this report is to stand out the
real image of the touristic value in the place in which the research has been done, by standing
out the different natural sites, such as, beaches’, natural reserves, forests, mountains and wet
regions and also the fullness and the method of their exploitation of all these resources it’s
implementation, in order to develop a touristic industry diversified and sustainable, which
contribute to realize a domestic development of the region, by focusing on a descriptive and
analytical methods, by the studies, the results realized, such as the excessive exploitation of
thebeaches which supersed there abilities and the total absence of the necessary equipments
that the tourists need, the using of the sand of the beach in the constructions which has
contributed in their damage and the progress of the sea water to the lands, the all most
absence of the exploitation of the wood in the development of the forests exploitation and
touristic diversification, and became a shelter for the delinquents and contributes in the
damage of the forests, such as the natural reserve mount of Chenoa, without forgetting that the
majority of the tourists of that region, are excursionists and not tourist, more than seventy
percent amang them according the definition of the world organisation of tourism, in which
concerns « tourists » and « excursionists |
