Abstract

إن التطورات المستمرة التي يشهدها النظام المصرفي الجزائري، برزت تحولات هائلة في مجال العمل البنكي الذي يتماشى مع مفهوم الصيرفة الإلكترونية، وعليه تهدف هده الدراسة على التعرف عن الصيرفة الإلكترونية كمدخل لعصرنة النظام المصرفي الجزائري، ومن أجل ذلك تم التطرق إلى الإطار النظري للصيرفة الإلكترونية والنظام المصرفي الجزائري وأجدة الإشارة إلى ماهية الصيرفة الإلكترونية، ووسائل الدفع الإلكترونية، وكذا الأنظمة المتبعة في الصيرفة الإلكترونية. نستننتح إن الصيرفة الالكترونية وسيلة جديدة كنتيجة حتمية فرضها التطور التكنولوجي, فقد وفر الحماية الكاملة لأموال من الضياع وإلإختلاس. يرتكز الجانب الميداني على: الدراسة التطبيقية للصيرفة الإلكترونية داخل الوكالة بنك الخليج الجزائر، وذلك إسنادا على تحليل الإحصائي للجداول في وكالة بنك الخليج الجزائر للوكالة أدرار

The continues development which the Algerian banking system witnesses shows a huge changes in the field of bank work. And، which deals with the electronic finance. This study aims at identifying the electronic finance as an introduction globalizing the financial system in Algeria. For that، we dealt with the theoretical framework of both the electronic finance and Algerian banking system، including the definition of the electronic finance and the electronic payment instruments, and systems that are depended on in electronic finance we com ciude that electronic finance is a mean inposed by thetechnologicl dewelopment electronic finance bings pntectio tocustomens money from losing practical part focuses on dealing with the electronic finance to globalize AL-khalidje bank of Adrar agency. The methodology that we use is the statistical backage for table in AL-khalidje bank of Adrar.
