Like it makes happy people, the natural resources rent makes more unhappy people. This remark is reminded by the “Dutch disease” model and the “curse of natural resources” thesis where performance of economies exploiting irrationally the exhaustible resources rent is taken up on cause. The subject of this paper is to propose a model of rational management rent in south countries.
