The importance of the study stems from the importance of the subject and the context in which it is applied. Perhaps it is important to show that this study comes within the framework of supporting practical studies that are interested in the process of dialogue within the family as it is the most important unit in the society and trying to emphasize the importance of communication or dialogue about work for members of one family And the impact of the family's place on this dialogue.
The study aimed at finding out the impact of the work of the couple or heads of households on the social and communication relations of the Algerian family, revealing the impact of the work on the family dialogue. The study also aimed to uncover the existence of the dialogue on issues of work within the family dialogue, The wife or both are discussing the issues of work in their family dialogue. This study is also intended to illustrate the reality of the dialogue on issues of employment in rural and urban households.
The study has been applied to a sample of a quota of 80 households, which requires that the husband and wife should only be employed or employed, or both employees or employees. Second, the spouses work in one place or in a different workplace .
In response to the issue of research and the presented forms of diagnosing the impact of work on family dialogue, the researcher decided to adopt the descriptive approach that describes and diagnoses the phenomenon as it is in reality and reveals its aspects and elements.
To collect data from the sample, the questionnaire was used and we relied on the SPSS program to process and analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire. The following main results were obtained:
- The majority of the study sample of the respondents discuss the issues of their work at home.
- Among the issues discussed at home about work, which won the lion's share are wage issues, problems and obstacles, and a lower percentage of files assigned to work, issues of promotion, bonuses and incentives, negative behavior of officials of the work and talk about social services.
- Most of the respondents spend most of their time at home after completion of work, which allows them to discuss with their families in the areas of their work.
- The married couples working in the same institution with their wives and the relationship of cooperation and solidarity, and they discuss in their dialogue in the work household matters.
- The issues discussed at home between respondents and their wives or their spouses working in the same institution of work are the pressures of work, the problems of work and promotions in grades and grades.
- The degree to which respondents discuss issues of work within the family varies according to their place of residence in the city or residents of its suburbs or rural residents.
- There is a great deal of discussion about the issues of work when shopping between respondents and their wives or their spouses who live in the city. This percentage decreases for residents in the suburbs of the city and less for rural residents.
- The dialogue of the interviewees with their families in it is clear and spacious to talk about the issues of work and affected by this space and this space because one or both spouses work.
- Whenever the spouses work in the same institution, their talk has more room to talk about the issues of their work.
- The extent of the discussion of respondents on labor issues between residents of the city and those residing in the suburbs and those living in rural areas varies, and among respondents, their wives or their spouses living in the city, decreases for residents in their suburbs. This percentage is lower among respondents and their wives or spouses residing in the countryside . |
