dc.description.abstractIn this subject, we study the control and simulation of Direct Torque Control (DTC) of a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) feed by a Z-source inverter. The DTC control provides a very fast torque response independent of the flux, on the other hand it has a simple configuration and it is less dependent on machine parameters. This has resulted in several improved DTC control structures for reducing ripples of the torque and the flux, with a fast response when feeding with a z-source, in this work, we were interested in predictive DTC-SVM. Direct Torque Control by using Predictive Space vector modulation (SVM-DTC), where the control of the switching frequency is well mastered and consequently the undulations are weakened at torque and flux levels.en_US
