اتجاهات موظفي البلدية نحو تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تقديم إطار نظري حول اتجاهات الموظفين ،وكذا الوقوف على أهم الاتجاهات في التنظيم، كما تضمن هذا الإطار الإدارة الالكترونية و متطلبات التحول إليها، بالإضافة الى التحديات التي تواجهها.وتمثلت إشكالية الدراسة: فيما تتمثل اتجاهات موظفي بلديات ادرار نحو تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية؟ وتم إسقاط هذه الدراسة على واقع تطبيقها في بلديات ادرار الثلاث (ادرار- أولاد احمد – تمنطيط ) كدراسة حالة للوصول الى معرفة اتجاه الموظفين نحو تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم توزيع (60) استبيان على العينة المدروسة.وقد تم اعتماد(52) استبيانه واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي ،واستخدامنا الأساليب الإحصائية،وتحليل التباين الأحادي (ANOVA) بالاعتماد على برنامج (SPSS).وتم التوصل الى النتائج من أهمها، انه لايوجد اختلافات في اتجاهات الموظفين نحو تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية .

The purpose of this study is to introduce a theoretical framework about employees’ views as well as the different organizational processes. This framework tackled the electronic Management and the needs to transfer to it as well as the faced challeng es. The study research issue is presented by the following question : what do the employees of Adrar public management think of the applicability of the electronic management  The applicability of this study focuses on three public management municipalities (Adrar,Timi and tamantit ). In order to do so , we distributed (60) questionnaires over the targeted administration and we used descriptive and analytical methods on 52 questionnaires. To meet the challenge ,we used the statistical methods ,ANOVA through the usage of SPSS software. The study concludes that there are no different reactions to the applicability of the electronic management among employees.
