Abstract

يهدف هذا العمل إلى دراسة العلاقة الموجودة بين الفوارق المكانية وتأثيرها على التنمية المحلية في الجزائر. المنهج المتبع هو وصفي من خلال تطبيق طرق تحليل التركيز (منحنيات لورنز ومؤشر جيني) وفي نفس الوقت تجريبي وتحليلي. سنبين على المستوى النظري أن مراعاة التباينات تتطلب إدخال البعد المكاني في النماذج باستخدام بيانات PANEL ذات البعد الفردي (المناطق والولاية) وآخر زمني. وفي الواقع، ستسلط الأساليب المستخدمة الضوء على مختلف النقاشات النظرية حول ظاهرة التقارب وذلك بمساعدة دراسة تجريبية على تحليل مؤشرات التنمية البشرية ونشاط ريادة الأعمال ووتيرة إنشاء الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على المستوى المكاني داخل الجزائر في مناطق التنمية خلال الفترة 2002-2019.

Ce présent travail essaie d’étudier la relation qui existe entre les disparités géographiques et leur impact sur le développement local en Algérie. L’approche adoptée est une approche à la fois descriptive en appliquant les méthodes de l’analyse de la concentration (les courbes de Lorenz & l’indice de Gini) et en même temps empirique et analytique. Nous allons montrer sur le plan théorique que la prise en compte de disparités impose l’introduction de la dimension spatiale dans les modèles en utilisant des données PANEL avec une dimension individuelle (les régions & wilaya) et une autre temporelle. En effet les méthodes utilisées vont permettre d’éclairer les différents débats théoriques à propos de phénomène de convergence et cela à l’aide d’une étude empirique portant sur l’analyse des indices de développement humain, de l’activité entrepreneuriale et le rythmes de création des PME au niveau spatial dans les régions de développement algériennes sur la période de 2002-2019.

This present work tries to study the relationship that exists between geographic disparities and their impact on local development in Algeria. The approach adopted is both descriptive by applying the methods of concentration analysis (Lorenz curves & Gini index) and at the same time empirical and analytical. We will show on the theoretical level that considering disparities requires the introduction of the spatial dimension in the models using PANEL data with an individual dimension (regions & wilaya) and another temporal. Indeed, the methods used will shed light on the various theoretical debates about the phenomenon of convergence and this with the help of an empirical study on the analysis of indices of human development, entrepreneurial activity, and rhythms. creation of SMEs at the spatial level in Algerian development regions over the period 2002-2019.
