ETUDE, OPTIMISATION d’un système numérique de contrôle commande ( DCS ABB AC 800F ) a la raffinerie d’ADRAR

Abstract

Un système numérique de contrôle-commande (SNCC, ou DCS pour Distributed Control System) en anglais est un système de contrôle d'un procédé industriel doté d'une interface homme-machine pour la supervision et d'un réseau de communication numérique. L'avantage de ces systèmes est leur modularité, qui permet de les installer et de les modifier facilement. le premier système informatique utilisé pour le contrôle industriel a été mis en place en 1959 à la raffinerie Texaco de Port Arthur, au Texas, avec un RW-300 de Ramo-Wooldridge. Parmi les constructeurs de SNCC on peut citer ABB, Emerson, Foxboro, Honeywell, Rockwell, Siemens, Yokogawa. L’industrie pétrolière qui est un secteur majeur et important pour soutenir l’économie et le développement de notre pays qui possède d’importantes réserves en pétrole et gaz nature. Parmi plusieurs raffineries de l’ Algérie, nous avons choisi de faire ce travail au niveau de la raffinerie d'Adrar (S’EBAA) . l’objectif de ce mémoire est d’étudier les processus et procédures existantes dans le DCS (système de contrôle distribué). Ce dernier est une automate nommé AC 800F construit par groupe ABB.

نظام التحكم الرقمي (DCS ، أو DCS لنظام التحكم الموزع) باللغة الإنجليزية هو نظام تحكم لعملية صناعية مجهزة بواجهة بين الإنسان والآلة للإشراف وشبكة اتصالات رقمية. ميزة هذه الأنظمة هي نمطيتها ، مما يسمح بتثبيتها وتعديلها بسهولة. تم تنفيذ أول نظام كمبيوتر يستخدم للتحكم الصناعي في عام 1959 في مصفاة تكساكو في بورت آرثر ، تكساس ، باستخدام Ramo-Wooldridge RW-300.من بين الشركات المصنعة لـ SNCC ، يمكننا أن نذكر ABB و Emerson و Foxboro و Honeywell و Rockwell و Siemens و Yokogawa.صناعة النفط التي تعد قطاعًا رئيسيًا ومهمًا لدعم الاقتصاد والتنمية في بلدنا الذي يحتوي على احتياطيات كبيرة من النفط والغاز الطبيعي. من بين العديد من المصافي في الجزائر ، اخترنا القيام بهذا العمل في مصفاة أدرار (السبع). الهدف من هذه الأطروحة هو دراسة العمليات والإجراءات الحالية في DCS (نظام التحكم الموزع). هذا الأخير عبارة عن آلة أوتوماتيكية تسمى AC 800F تم بناؤها بواسطة مجموعة ABB.
