| Abstract: | ان نجاح المؤسسة بغض النظر عن نوعها مرهون بتسييرها لهيكلها الداخلي و من ناحية أخرى بمدى قدرة تواصلها و اندماجها مع المحيط الخارجي و في ظل التطور التكنولوجي الهائل الذي يشهده العالم حاليا و الذي يؤثر بشكل او باخر على طبيعة عمل المؤسسات و التواصل بين العمال . فقد ساعد ذلك على ابتكار وسائل و أساليب جديدة ساهمت في تحسين العمل و تسريع العمليات الإدارية من أجل الحصول على الأداء المطلوب و كذا لتسهيل الاتصال بين العمال . تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير تطور التكنولوجيا على العلاقات بين الموظفين داخل المؤسسة الجزائرية و مدى مساهمتها في تحسين الاتصال بين العمال داخل المؤسسة و قد استخدمنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي لأنه يتلاءم مع موضوع دراستنا و ساعدنا على جمع البيانات و دراستها و تحليلها . و أجريت هذه الدراسة في قسم العلوم الاجتماعية للجامعة ادرار خلال استبيانات وزعت على مجموعة من الأساتذة من أجل معرفة ما إذا كانت التكنولوجيا الحديثة تؤثر على العلاقات بين الموظفين. و قد لخصت هذه الدراسة الى عدة نتائج نذكر أهمها : - استعمال التكنولوجيا خلق رضا لدى الموظفين حول استعمالها والتسهيلات التي تجعل العمل سلس وخلقها لجو عمل اجتماعي مرن يساعد على خلق علاقات اجتماعية جيدة بين الموظفين وكذا بين الموظف ورئيسه في العمل . - كما ساهمت بتحسين الاتصال والتواصل بينهم وجعلها لامركزية وقدرتها على القيام بالعديد من الأعمال من المنزل أو خارج العمل مما ساعد في سرعة الانجاز وكسب الوقت و هذا ما أدى الى تطور في تحسين خدمات المؤسسة. |
| Description: | The success of the institution, whatever its type, depends on the management of its internal structure and on the other hand, the extent of its ability to communicate and integrate with the external environment. And in light of the tremendous technological development the world is witnessing today, which is in one way or another affecting the nature of the work of institutions and communication among workers. This has made it possible to invent new means and methods that have contributed to improving work and speeding up administrative processes in order to obtain the required performance, as well as facilitating communication between workers. This study aims to determine the impact of the development of technology on the relations between employees within the Algerian institution and the extent of its contribution to the improvement of communication between workers within the institution. This study was conducted at the Department of Social Sciences of the University of Adrar during questionnaires distributed to a group of professors to find out if modern technology affects relations between employees. This study summarized several results, the most important of which are: The use of technology creates employee satisfaction with its use and facilities that facilitate work and creates a flexible social work atmosphere that helps create good relationships between employees as well as between the employee and his boss at work. |
