قراءة قانونية لعهد حقوق الطفل في الإسلام جوان 2005

Abstract

تناولنا في هذه الدراسة الاتفاقية لمعنونة تحت عنوان " عهد حقوق الطفل في الإسلام جوان 2005 " التي شملت مجموعة من حقوق الطفل منها ما هو حقوق مدنية ومنها ما هو حقوق اجتماعية وثقافية بحيث حرصت كل من الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الدولي على الحماية والحفاظ على هاته الحقوق وكان سبب دراستنا لهذا الموضوع هو تعلقنا بالفئة العمرية الصغيرة و معرفة حقوق الطفل المقررة في الشريعة الإسلامية والقوانين الدولية اما الهدف من هاته الدراسة دراسة وثيقة حقوق الطفل جوان 2005 ومقارنتها بما جاء في الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الدولي.

In this study, we addressed the Convention entitled "The Covenant on the Rights of the Child in Islam, June 2005", which covered a range of children's rights, including civil rights and social and cultural rights. Islamic Sharia and international law were keen to protect and preserve these rights. The reason for our study of this topic was our attachment to the young age group and knowledge of the rights of the child as set forth in Islamic Sharia and international laws. The objective of this study was to study the document on the rights of the child, Juan 2005, and compare it with what is stated in Islamic and international law.
