Abstract

The measurement and the evaluation of the performance play important role in the firms as it is considered a tool to show the healthcare of this entity and the deviations of the objectives realization in this context , this study aims to analyze a modern approach to evaluate the performance which is about the performance equilibrium board by its various dimensions . the empincal study examines the issue of this modern technique in the Algerian mobile company ( mobilis ) and its ability to apply it as far as the hindrances that lock this application . the investigation concluded that the mobilis company is not able to deal with these new approaches but it exists som dimensions and pillars getting a relation with the equilibrium board .
