أثر مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس تأثير مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر، وهذا خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990-2019، وذلك باعتبار استقرار المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية عامل مهم في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، حيث اعتمدنا في الجانب النظري إلى توضيح أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ومؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي، وقمنا بدراسة وتحليل تطور مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي، وفي الجانب التطبيقي تم دراسة تأثير مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي (البطالة والتضخم وسعر الصرف وميزان المدفوعات والموازنة العامة والنمو الاقتصادي) على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر باستخدام نموذج الفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة (ARDL)، وأهم ما خلصت إليه نتائج الدراسة، أنه يوجد علاقة في الأجل الطويل والأجل القصير بين مؤشرات الاستقرار الاقتصادي الكلي والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، حيث أن استقرار هذه المتغيرات يعتبر حافزا مهما لجذب تدفقات أكثر.

The study aimed to analyze and measure the impact of macroeconomic stability indicators on foreign direct investment in Algeria, during the period from 1990-2019, considering the stability of macroeconomic indicators as an important factor in attracting foreign direct investment, as we relied on the theoretical side to clarify the most important concepts related to With foreign direct investment and indicators of macroeconomic stability, we studied and analyzed the development of indicators of macroeconomic stability. On the applied side, the impact of macroeconomic stability indicators (unemployment, inflation, exchange rate, balance of payments, public budget, and economic growth) on foreign direct investment in Algeria was studied using the time gap model. The most important finding of the results of the study is that there is a relationship in the long term and the short term between indicators of macroeconomic stability and foreign direct investment, as the stability of these variables is an important incentive to attract more flows.
