دور حاضنات الاعمال في بناء القدرات التنافسية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وضوح دور حاضنات الأعمال في بناء المؤسسات الناشئة ،وقد راجت فكرة حاضنات الأعمال كثيرا بالنظر إلى دورها البارز في بناء المؤسسات الناشئة واستدامتها من خلال تقديم مختلف الخدمات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبيان لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة والتي بلغ عددها (50) مفردة ،وتم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية (spss) لتحليل بيانات الاستبيان ،وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود دور ايجابي لحاضنات الأعمال للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في بناء القدرات التنافسية (المرونة ،معرفة أداء العمل،الجودة)، التوسع في الدور الفعلي لحاضنات الأعمال من قبل المؤسسات المحتضنة لزيادة القدرة على التنافس عن طريق التقرب من الفئات الشابة وخرجي الجامعات والحرص على غرس ثقافة إنشاء المشاريع لدعم سياسة بناء القدرات التنافسية .

This study aimed at clarifying the role of business incubators in building emerging enterprises. The idea of business incubators has gained much traction in view of their prominent role in building and sustaining start-ups through the provision of various services. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used for the purpose of collecting data from the 50 individuals in the study sample. The statistical package (spss) was used to analyze the questionnaire data. The study found a positive role for business incubators of small and medium-sized enterprises in building competitiveness (flexibility, knowledge of work performance, quality), expanding the actual role of business incubators by incubators to increase competitiveness by approaching young groups and university graduates and instilling a culture of entrepreneurship to support the policy of building competitiveness.
