دور استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في زيادة الإبداع التنظيمي

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في زيادة الإبداع التنظيمي في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بأدرار ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع 40 استبيانة على عينة الدراسة، وتم معالجة 32 استبيانة الممثلة في الاستبيانات الصالحة لتحليل باستخدام برنامج spss و exil ومن أهم النتائج المتواصل إليها أنه يوجد أثر دال إحصائيا بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإبداع التنظيمي في مؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى 5% وفي ضوء تلك النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات الضرورية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة والاعتناء بالأفراد المبدعين وتشجيعهم لتطوير العمل وابتكار حلول لمواجهة المشكلات.

This study seeks to identify the role of the use of information technology in increasing organizational creativity in the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Badarar. A statistically significant effect between information technology and organizational creativity in the institution under study at the level of 5%. In light of these results, the study concluded a number of recommendations and proposals necessary for the institution under study, taking care of individuals and creators and encouraging them to develop work and invent solutions to confront problems.
