السياسة الصحية في الجزائر

Abstract

لقد شهدت السياسة الصحية في الجزائر منذ الإستقلال تطورات كثيرة أكثر من غيرها من القطاعات الآخرى إذ كانت في بداية أمرها متجه نحو سياسة التطعيم والتلقيح وبناء المؤسسات والمراكز الصحية لكن مع إنتشار الأوبئة سعت الحكومة إلى وضع إرشادات وقوانين تهدف إلى الوقاية من أجل تحقيق الأمن الصحي للبلاد ولهذا فأن السياسة الصحية شهدت تطوراً كبيراً إلى أنها لم تستطع أن حقق تقدماً حقيقياً متزامناً مع أمراض العصر لسبب تدني الأوضاع في جميع المجالات الآخرى وغياب الوعي الوقائي والعلاجي لدى المواطنين، إلا أنه لا يمكننا تجاهل النجاح النسبي بفضل فلسياسة الصحية والمخططات الوطنية المنتهجة ضد الأمراض المستعصية كالسرطان

The health policy in Algeria, since independence, has witnessed many developments more than other sectors, as it was initially oriented towards the policy of vaccination and vaccination, building institutions and health centers, but with the spread of epidemics, the government sought to develop guidelines and laws aimed at prevention in order to achieve health security for the country. The health policy has witnessed a great development that it has not been able to achieve real progress in sync with the diseases of the age due to the declining conditions in all other fields and the absence of preventive and curative awareness among citizens. However, we cannot ignore the relative success thanks to the health policy and the national plans adopted against incurable diseases such as cancer.
