مسؤولية الشريك في شركات الاشخاص

Abstract

تضم شركات الأشخاص نوعين من الشركاء، شركاء متضامنين وشركاء موصون مما ينتج عنه تباين في المسؤولية الملقاة على عاتق كل نوع من الشركاء، فمسؤولية الشركاء غير محدودة وتكون بالتضامن مع باقي الشركاء المتضامنين، أما مسؤولية الشركاء الموصين فالأصل فيها تكون محدودة، والاستثناء يمكن ان تكون غير محدودة وبالتضامن إذا أدرج اسم الشريك الموصي في عنوان الشركة وإذا تدخل إيضاً في إدارة الأعمال الخارجية لها.
